we got rid of the pacifer and now he won't shut up.. Though, I shouldn't say that, I want him to talk.. He is 3 yrs old (December 28th), and since we got rid of the pacifer he is talking up a storm.. I should have taken it away sooner. 

that's great Suzanne! I'm so happy for you both! I know it's a challenge for our little guys to give up the "binky" so good job getting rid of it too!

Yay!!  Good for you!  Wow!  My pedi said the binky was holding Jake back, but he got rid of it 2 weeks after his 2nd birthday.. no change. LOL

That is awesome, Suzanne!  I sometimes wish my kids did take a pacifier when they were babies, but neither one of them did.  My daughter still sucks her thumb when she's tired or scared.  My son doesn't do either one.
