Brooke's husband landed the Border Patrol job he's been hoping for , but it means they are moving away!!

The boys and I might be here all summer - I can't move until our house sells....and the way the market is right now, it will be a long process!

How did the meeting with the real estate agent go?

He seems very excited to list our house and the price is better than we thought!  He's very positive about our house selling quickly -  all it takes is the right buyer to see it!  We just have to wait for the right buyer to come along ;)

That's good news! When does your house go up on the MLS? Are you guys going to be living in Laredo Texas, or is that just where the training is?

We are having our first showing this afternoon!  Ahh!  The real estate agent said it would take a couple days to get up on the MLS - so this must be one of his own clients.

Will's training is in New Mexico and then he'll be assigned to Laredo.  The good thing about Texas is that it doesn't get cold!  Yeah!!!

WOW that was quick!! I hope the showing goes well, maybe you'll get a sale sooner than you think. Have you lived/been to Texas before? I want to live somewhere where it doesn't get cold :)
