Does she like chicken nuggets?  or hamburger or fish?  Try the fish fillet.  My daughter went through that stage of only wanting certain foods.  She's also autistic so when it came time to add a new food, if the texture was wrong, she wouldn't touch it.  If you like meatloaf, try that and chop up a carrot and one stalk of celery real fine and throw it in the mix.  She won't notice it's there.  You can also try adding the cheerios to her yogurt.  The first years has some take and toss spoons that she might like to play with and learn to feed herself with.  They are really good for kids that age.  My son sometimes will go get his own spoon just so he can eat some of the ice cream I'm having.  He refuses to use my spoon, but he'll use his own.  lol

My daughter is 13 months and she is kind of picky and refuses to be fed off of a spoon.  She loves green beans, peas, rice (I make it into balls), pasta, grapes, animal crackers, cookies, pickles, cheese, shredded chicken, pretzel rods- that's about it-

hope this helps- try not to stress, as long as she's eating something :)
