Candice, eat eat eat if that's what your baby wants...I'm not suggesting BK everyday, and eating healthy is nice, but give yourself a break and stop worrying about weight while pregnant...it'll just add stress. Juice is FINE!, and BTW, my midwife said that yes, the "normal" weight gain for pregnancy is 25-35 pounds, but the "realistic" weight-gain is much closer to the 35lb mark.
