Hey everyone!! This is my families first deployment and my baby is less then a month old. Sometimes i'm ok but sometimes I hit rock bottom. How do you manage a deployment with a new baby? Doesn't anyone know of local groups in the JAX florida area I can get involved in or any moms willing to make a new friend?
