How do you manage 2 young boys

I have one boy who just turned 4, and one who is about to turn 3 and they are a challenge! I have an 11yr old boy, who was easy as pie to take care of. These 2 little ones have got my number. If they are not fighting with each other, they are getting in to something together. Are there other moms out there who can relate, and might have some advice on how to get through this phase?

I have 4 boys. My solution to the fighting is to make them work together. When they fight I give them a chore to accomplish together. After a couple rounds they usually figure things out on their own.

They are 6, 4 and 3 so I still sometimes have to help. I have them tidy up toys or the living room. Sweeping is good (one with the broom and one with the dustpan), picking leaves/weeds out of the garden.... It is amazing what they can do with a little coaching.
