| I am a young mom and as far as I can tell Im a prtty good first time mom but not having other "mommy friends" to talk to and hang out with is driving me crazy whats the best way to meet people without the akward hello? |

| I felt the same way and went to a mom and baby group and it has been wonderful. My hospital put the group on, but you can also try meetup.com. Good luck! |

Some times local churches will have playgroups during the week.
I understand we have moved so much in the last year that right now I am trying to find a group or start one.
