I just moved here from Michigan, and my daughter, who recently tu.rned one, has only young boys to play with (nephews, etc) and her daycare children (mostly boys, too...and she only goes once a week)...that are also older than her as well. We're looking for another young couple to hang out with. I'm an artist that is working on my BFA and her daddy is an aspiring musician and environmental consultant who works at Whole Foods (love that store!). We are vegetarians who adhere to an all organic and healthy lifestyle, promoting music, art, play, imagination, communication with nature and fun. We have two dogs that are super friendly (although Lyric isn't always so "gentle" with them..we're working on it). Lyric goes to the Language Workshop in Parkville on the weekends and is learning French, and we belong to 24 hour fitness as well, so she goes to the kids zone when I'm working out...but, there are usually no kids in there, either:(. We live around 86th street park, and go to the dog park frequently as well. We have jogger stroller, and love the outdoors. I work at Shawnee Mission Medical Center Ob/Gyn during the week, and usually get home around 5:30 or 6pm. We love the Farmer's Market and listening to live music, dancing, and going to Lawrence for long walks up and down Mass. Street.
