Hi everyone! I'm new to this group, so don't know how this all usually works, but since we don't know anyone in the area yet, I'm wondering if anyone would like to come play on a weekly basis. I would totally be up for hosting if our house is close enough to everyone, or we could meet up as well. Perhaps we could do something like every Tuesday or Thursday from 11am-1pm? or if you have other ideas for time or days, please feel free to let me know.
To ease the burden of food in our playgroups at home in Chicago, we usually just all either put in a few dollars to order pizza or we did pot luck (i.e. someone would bring a salad, someone else brownies, etc) nothing fancy and definitely store bought most of the time :)
My phone works but I haven't set up the voicemail yet, but please feel free to email me to pehlertchicago@sbcglobal.net or reply to this post. BTW, my kids are Bella (almost 4 yrs old) and Joco (7 months). We are renting a house in the "pink street" area of South St. Petersburg.
