so frustrated
i watch my nephew during the day, and i have a 2yr old. both kids are the same age. you would think that given their age i can let them play in my daughters room unsupervised for a bit while i fold laundry (there is a gate in the doorway). well, i cat do that.

they have started to take off their clothes ad diapers (because they know how). even when i say not to, or punish afterwards they still do it. i cat take 10 minutes out to fold laundry because they are beig bad.

i am so sick of this but need the money. i put them in onsies and pants but they managed that too. i cant leave them naked cause they are not potty trained. we are close but not that close.

Is there any way you could give them some rags or towels or something to 'help' you fold while you fold the laundry? Or bring the laundry right outside the door of the room they are playing in, so you can see them while you fold the laundry. They are probably only doing it because they arent supervised..if you are right there watching them I bet they wont do it.

Its always worse when theres two children the same age. I have twins who are 2 1/2 and also a 4 and 5 yr old...If just 1 or 2 of them are in the room playing (depending on which 2 it is) they could be really good and getting along fine..but if there is 3 or 4, or even 2 trouble makers, then they are either getting into something they shouldnt (lately its been climbing on the top bunk) or they are just fighting over everything.

Erin sounds like that week visiting would be a nice break for you...

I agree on the chores while you are doing laundry have them "pretend" help even if its given them a couple of socks or tshirts to fold. anything different to keep them busy.

No joke, but some people have used duct table- literally wrapped across the waist so they can't get to the sides open on the diaper. It doesn't hurt them beause it is not on their skin and it does the job.

I forgot to add then you can "distract" them with the play laundry. Hopefully, they will forget about their diapers for good.

If you have a few pairs of footed pajamas laying around, you can cut the feet off. Then put them on the boys backwards (zipper in he back). They wont be able to take them off then.
Have you considered turning on a movie and sitting in the living room to fold clothes? My kid loves Tinkerbell so as soon as i turn it on, she is distracted for at least half an hour.
