The last events we had at my sons' school was Heritage Day. We had at least 20 countries representated. We had food, crafts, music, maps, boards with pictures of the countries and traditional dresses. Each child had a passaport and would go from "country" to "country" to get a flag sticker.

It was a very successful event and educational at the same time.
