Hello,
My name is Laura and have a sweet 4 month old daughter, Kate. I am starting to teach her a few signs, mommy, daddy, and milk. I'm looking to hear the experiences of other parents teaching their children signs, especially whn you just first started.

Hi Laura,
It's great that you are starting to sign to your daughter, although at 4 months don't expect a responce back until she is about 9 months, by then she will have the motor skills to sign to you. Most children it's closer to a year old before it really takes off. Best of luck to you, if you ever have any question please let me know.
