Breast milk supply is low!
I am having a hard time increasing my breast milk supply. After my son's last growth spurt its seems like I can't produce enough. Before I could feed him where he would go 2-3 hours before wanting to eat and pump at least an oz out of each breast after each feeding. Now he goes between 1-2 hours and I can't pump anything. I've been trying to drink a lot of water (more than 64 oz daily), eat good foods, rest and keep stress at bay. Today I'm going to get more fenugreek and mothers tea. Any other suggestions on how to increase my supply?

Keep nursing him, stretching out the sessions a few minutes longer than you ordinarily would, and keep doing what you're doing. Use warm compresses on your breasts. And most importantly, RELAX. Everything hormone driven is going to be effected by stress, so the more you can just calm down and trust that your body will not let you down, the more likely that will happen.

You are doing a GREAT job!

Your baby will nurse when he is ready. Try nursing during nap time. I've been very successful with the fenugreek and mothers tea. My daughter just turned a year and we're still in a routine. Be consistent and patient. Good luck!

I'm relaxing as much as I can about it. I still haven't had much luck increasing my supply. I'm going to take the next two days to have a nursing vacation.(which I've been doing most of the week) I going to trust in my body. My doctors told me I would never have children, but I grew him, so my body will let me feed him. When using fenugreek...how much did you all take? I'm taking 4 times a day 610 mg.

Believe it or not, beer has been used through the centuries to bring in more mother's milk.  It's the hops in particular that work so well.  You might want to consider having a good organic microbrewed beer a day [or every other day] for a short period of time and see if that helps.

Also, chewing aniseed really helps.  You can buy them in Indian grocery stores, candy-coated aniseeds, or you can just chew the plain ones.

Both of these worked for me during periods when I was trying to bring in more milk.

They say eating oatmeal can help as well.
