Weight Watchers - smaller potions more often, dink more water and I've started exersizing on our new Wii!!! And I've tried to cut out alot of pop and sugar (chocolate, ice cream etc. key word "TRYING")

I don't diet per-say I tell alot of people I'm on the toddler diet and exercise program grabbing bites in between laps around the table.

Add exercise, smaller portions and healthier choices made on a meal to meal basis like one day at a time.

Shakeology and exercise along with healthy choices helped my wife and I get into the best shape of our lives. Together we've lost over 70lbs. We now lead active lives and are teaching our children and others to do the same.
Now we get to share our story and have created a group of like minded folks who consistently support and motivate each other to succeed with their fitness/weight loss goal.
