I could honestly go either way. It would be nice if there was a middle ground like only wear school colors but you could wear pants, knee shorts, and a regular shirt or blouse. Something like that...

I don't think kids should have uniforms. If school were strict on the dress code then kids would feel the urge to wear some of the bad things they do. And what kids wear at school is nothing to what the parents let them wear outside of school. When I walk through the mall and I see 12 years old girls in 4" or higher high heels, mini skirts, low cut shirts and a whole bunch of makeup I find it disturbing.
