My fiancee is the 3rd. And we both didnt want to have our son being the 4th... So we decided that I would pick his first name and we would have my fiancees name be our sons middle name. I have always loved the name Ethan. (and my fiancee liked that name also) So we ended up naming him Ethan Michael. We are still happy to this day with his name. :)

My husband was "CJ" growing up and has two middle names, both to honor his father and grandfathers so he wanted to use the same initials and and I wanted to keep the two middle names. So I gave him a list of "C" names that I liked and he picked his top one. Now we have Connor John and we love it.

My husband and I came up with both of our childrens names, what we did was made a list of 10 names that we liked and then we would compare out list, and which ever ones we had the same of we would pick from those! I think it is less of an argument when you both have a say in it!!!!

We didnt have a single name picked out for our son, then the day after he was born we both just woke up and said the same name! I couldn't believe it! We say out son named himself, his name is perfect for him.
