I usually take my son to all of my appts except my annual appt and then I have my husband take off work for that.

I generally take both girls with me on all daily errands and dr.'s appts, but it would have been easier to do monthly/weekly ob appts without a toddler. Hopefully won't have to worry about that for a little while! The occasional date night sans babies would be nice though.

One of my annual goals for 2011 is to be able to go on a date night without child every once in a while...so far that has only happened when family has come for a visit, or when we visit family.
