I say either...I don't have a girl yet but my nieces play with both.

I said other because I don't care what dolls my daughter plays with but I would prefer it if she just played with regular dolls like a chatty Kathy or a doll like it. I used to play with cabage patch dolls.

Say NO to bratz dolls. They are slutty looking and dressed dolls with too much make up on.no little girls should play with any doll like that it will subconciously give them a bad self image and think that is how they should look like and live up to that. THEY DONT NEED IT! normal dolls are just enough and fine, barbies same thing. Why does a doll need big breasts??

I agree with Ashley. Those Bratz dolls look like little prostitutes. I get so tired of all the commercialism directed at young children on network television. I prefer dolls like Holly Hobbie, dolls that I used to play with when I was young. Maybe I'm old school, but I prefer it that way.

Bratz doll are RIDICULOUS! I have no problem with barbies because they have scaled down alot but Bratz are out of control with the makeup and outfits.

I agree with Ashley. Not only are they inappropriate for kids based on attire, but what sort of values are we teaching our daughters with Bratz and Barbie? That shopping and having lots of THINGS makes you happy or cool? Is that really a message we want to give them?
