We only give our son and daughter liquid tylenol when they are ill or have shots that day per the doctors reccomendation.

same here,just like Heather does,i stick with tylenol,it works best for my son

I voted only if they have a fever. . however if they are sick and say their throat/head/ear hurts, then I will give them tylenol for the pain, even if they do not have a fever. But my children rarely have that kind of pain w/out fever anyway.
