I did not supplement when i breast fed since breast milk should contain everything a baby should need, in theory. Now that my daughter is no longer breast fed, i give her a minimum of Vit D (recommended by her dr.). We live in Alaska, this is an important supplement due to the lack of light during the winters. I will most likely cut it out during the summer months since we will have a LOT of sunlight.

I give my kids Animal Parade multivitamins (no artifical junk in them!) and a probiotic supplement. They are SO super healthy!
