I lost my weight right after having all of my kids, but I have since gained weight, so Im bigger than before having babies. I think my metabolism slowed down or something after having kids.
I personally havent lost all the weight yet, however I've lost 70% of the weight (in a little less than 3 months). I'm planing on using this great weight loss as motivation to loose the 15 lbs I could have afforded to loose before I became pregnant! So my goal is to weigh 15 lbs less than when I was pregnant.
I didn't lose the weight of my 1st but I did lose the weight of my 2nd. I'd love to between the weight I married at and the weight before I conceived my 1st. It's funny though, that's how I found out I was pregnant I was too tired to do Taebo and I thought I was being a weiny... find out I was making a baby!
I weighed 178lbs for years before I had my daughter, when I was pregnant with my daughter I had gestational diabetes so the doctors put me on a strict diet an insulin so when I had her I almost had a heart attack when I got on the scale two days after I got home and it said that I weighed 132 lbs, I never even knew that much weight loss was possible while pregnant. They changed everything I ate, but for my son I was free to eat what ever I wanted and I gained a lot of water with him and after I had him I was back up to 170 lbs. Since having him in March I have lost 4 lbs with excercise I love the wrong types of food too much to loose weight very fast if I don't have to.
I've lost all but 8 lbs and its driving me crazy. When winter hits and we don't go out as much, I'm planning the old fashioned 30min. workout every night after the kids are in bed... I really want to wear my size 2 jeans again and lose the last little flab. It seems I'll have to do a higher impact workout though because I don't think my metabolism is quite the same it was seven years ago before mother hood.
