There so many events planned here for Halloween all the shopping malls give candy.And one of the radio stations here does "Safe Street" where all the nice model homes decorate and give candy - there are games and other fun stuff to . Plus it seems like less and less people are staying home to give out candy

That's the best part, we love to see all the costumes. i would like to take them to an event as well.

since my son will almost be 11mos at that point his trick or treating will only be done to family BUT once he's older he will get to trick or treat but only to houses where we know the people. We also have a halloween party at my parents house so he will get to trick or treat earlier in the day and then hang out in his costume with his little cousins.

Our "downtown" holds a trick or treat event every year where all of the stores give out candy and stuff. It draws a HUGE crowd and my girl and niece love to see all of the cosumes

we are lucky to live near a nice cul-de-sac where I know a lot of the people living in the homes there...it's safe :)

It will be my second son's first halloween I wouldn't miss it for the world. The first year of trick or treating was very fun I wouldn't miss it for the world.

I took my daughter trick or treating this year it was her first year and she enjoyed it.

i might dress her up and hand out candy with her because she'll only be 5 months and thats just a little to young lol

We took our son last year and he was 8 months. He was passed out in his stroller for a while, but we dressed him up as a cow. He enjoyed all the excitement and the stroller ride while he was awake lol
