The name Allegra is also the name of a commonly used medicine. Personally, for that reason, I would avoid using that name. However, the other names listed are really nice. I think I like Alessandra the best. No matter what others think, the name a mom chooses is most meaningful.
I know a lot of people named Alessandra, the only problem is the length of the name. Everybody shorten it!
However, a name need to represents her background and what kind of future you see for her. You should choose a name you feel she can grow and be proud of!
Allegra, however I agree that being a name of a medicine makes it a potential teaser issue, has a very nice sound and it also means cheerful.
I LOVE Antonia - beautiful, and the fact that it was your grandmother's name makes me love it even more!

I like Alessandra and Antonia.... Emmy thrown in the mix was odd... he he it is too popular and I like all the names that sound spanish/latin I am Mexican and my husband Irish and he wanted our daughter to have a "Spanish" first name.
It was difficult because you have to figure in the fact that it can be pronounced or said correctly by others.
Good Luck
