With our first, we tried for 2 1/2 years. I was going to get back on B/C when I was told I was PG. The second was not planned, but we were not using anything. Just if it happens great. Same thing, I went to get on B/C and found out again!

took longer than expected, but not for lack of trying.
I just didn't know as much then about Ovulation & fertility as I do now.

We decided that since the wedding was in April we better start trying because we really wanted to announce our pregnancy at the reception...well it didn't take 6 months like the average couple...it took 6 days :) Wedding was canceled cause the dress didn't fit and we took off and got married on the beach in Maui in a homemade maternity dress instead :) Funny how things don't ever go as planned!

Before we got together my husband rode bulls, that's right as in rodeo. There was an accident so no one thought he could get a girl pregnant. The night he proposed through some choices that would be recited in a high school sex ed class we ended up pregnant. Now almost 2 yrs later we are thinking of having another one if the first lets us survive that long without a heart attack.
