I think it's about the same. It all depends on teething process and such.

I have only had one experience with a baby boy and he drooled WAY less than my girl. She is a DROOLER even now at almost 2.

I have two kids born less than a year apart. My daughter drooled a lot more than my baby son. But my son's nose runs when he is teething, which I dont recall my daughter having a runny nose for teething.

My daughter drools constantly with her teething; twice as much as her older brother did.

I chose no but would like to add "idea" so my answer is "No idea"! I have two girls, my second didn't drool at all, the first wore our bibs while she was teething!

My son is 5 months old now and drools nonstop. I cant keep his clothes dry. We have pretty much all girls in the family, and they didnt drool nearly as much as my son does.

No idea though I think it depends more on the child. My son didn't have anything except some crankiness and a runny nose from teething.
