I scrapbook for my son in my house and it's hard for me because he is at that age that he likes to get into everything. So I agree with Bridget, find someone to watch the kid(s).

Getting someone to watch the kids in the other room is a great idea, then no one will feel left out.

Tried and true!! All the other options DO NOT WORK! There is always a distraction. If you hire a sitter they should be somewhere other than where you are trying to scrap!
