I have a neighbor who was born in the house she still live in with her family. Her kids go to the same school she went around the corner from the house.
That is really no place like home!

When my son was born, my husband and I were residing near his job but now that our son is getting closer to toddler age, we're living in the neighborhood I grew up in. I am definitely happier living here! It's so nice to rediscover where I grew up from a parent perspective. My husband is a transplant, so he is happy where I am happy.

I moved away to go to college. After school I moved closer to home, but it wasn't until I met my husband that I went back to my home town. He is actually from another state, but happened to move to Atlanta. So, I'm home again.

I have lived in the same city for my whole life, but a year or so ago I moved into another county area from where I grew up. I like it, it's nice but I wouldn't mind living where I grew up again, My mother, and grandfather still live in the same house as I grew up in. I wish my grandfather would give me the house when he decides to sell it, and the thought of living in the house I grew up in raising my kids. Would be more then a family hand me down, that house has memories to the brim!

I grew up only 6 miles away from where I currently live. I live 18 miles from where I was born. I went to college 132 miles from where I went to college. However, everyone I know except for family all moved away, so I don't know many people around here with children.
