I've been doing 160 crunches a day since my 6 week post-partum check up, and I can proudly say that now, at 16 weeks, my stomach looks better than it did pre-baby |

WOW! I wish I had that ambition. I got really skinny after I had the baby about 25 lbs light than I was but now I am back to my normal pre baby weight because I am trying to get pregnant again. I don't know if I wished I was skinner I just wished I was healthier. I wish I had the time to workout. |

After I had my little baby boy, I joined Stroller Strides and it helped me shed about 20 lbs. It was the only way I could shed the weight. |

I gained 30 lbs with my first, and got pregnant again when he was 11 months. I had not yet shed anything. But with my second I only gained 6 lbs. After both I joined weight watchers and lost 25 lbs. I only have 5 lbs to lose and let me tell you, its the hardest to lose! |

Why is there not a "never" answer for people that are happy with their bodies? lol I got lucky I guess. I had my daughter when I was 17 and went from 108prebaby to 135afterwards, when she was 13months I got pregnant with my son, and when he was about 9 months I could honestly say I lost ALL my baby weight. I am 5'6" and I weigh 110, even depsite gaining over 60pounds with each baby and them weight right at 9 pounds or more. |

I was very lucky! After I had my first two children, I still looked like I had never had a child! I had a washboard belly and didn't even have to try! But then I had my third and she made up for the other two! I am very short, so even 3 lbs looks like a lot on my tiny frame, I gained more than 25lbs and it was frightning! I tried to diet, and would loose a few but gain more back then I lost before, right before my daughters second birthday I was still 25 lbs heavier and most of it was all in my belly. A mother of one of my older son's friend is a personal trainer, and we became friends. Now, I eat healthier than I ever did before, I weight train with her 3 days a week and try to do cardio 2 days a week. I started with her 7 months ago and I only have 3 lbs to go! My butt is back where it was when I was 16, my stomach is flattening(that is where the 3 lbs still sit, my lower abs), and I have more energy than I ever did before! Anyone out there that wants to loose it, they have childcare at the gyms, your child will have a playdate, and you will feel great! |

I joined a gym, but since I have 5 kids and the weather keeps changing, there seems to always be someone home sick. Its usually my 3 year old who is home with me all day... but I dont want to take her to the child care area with a runny nose. |

I have fought an eating disorder my whole life. And I tall and slender but I still have a little belly. I'm working on getting back into shape. I'm thinking I need to be more active about it. Swimsuit season is right around the corner. |

It was actually really nice, after I had my son I almost immediatly got down to below my prepregnancy weight. I'm still above my BMI and this weight is the hardest for me to lose. My husband and I are working out and dieting together so it helps me keep motivated |
