oh, there's no place like home for the holidays....so no matter how far away you roam. .... lalala for the holidays you can't beat home sweet home....

hehe, somebody had to do it. i'm not the only one humming that song am i? seriously, i can't imagine being away from home, vacationing, on the holidays. away from home to be with family, yes, but not to go somewhere for a vacation. That's not what Christmas is to me.

watching the kids play with there new toys give me so much joy going away is 2 much hassle. not for me at xmas

I remember when I was 12 my parents decided that we would go to Florida for Christmas and it was the WORST Chistmas day we ever had, it was 40 degrees and raining and the only thing open was a horrible chinese food restaurant since then no one in the extended familyhas gone on vacation for Christmas.
