My resolution is also my weight but I have been working out for almost 4 months and not a single pound has come off. Well the pounds come off and then go right back on.
I am determand to drop at least all of the weight i gained with being pregnant back to back....i think thats like 80 pounds or so...i am doing decent right now but im going to start getting a workout routine...one that i can do with both of my kids awake.
I dont even bother making new years resolutions. I try to be the best person I can all year. Also setting short terms goals for myself is more obtainable than setting one for a whole year
mine is to lose 20 lbs. i know a small goal but a reasonable goal for a new years resolution. and you know what i already got 7 lbs down. and its only april.
