| We are not much into giving one another gifts but when we do we usually go all out and make it something very nice and personal. |

| I give him lots of hints and my daughter usually goes with him,so he can't go wrong! Ha!Ha! |

| i should have known, when on our first valentine's day, he presented me with a pink thermos, that gift giving was not his forte. However, he has made up for it on occasion, with beautiful pieces of jewelry, spa days, etc. Really, I am so happy just to be where I am, I don't want for anything. I am blessed to have him for my hubby. :-) |

| Well, for the most part he does VERY well, however, he tends to give gifts that he can use as well, you know, like i-pods, electronics, and on occassion he does get me something for myself. But overall, he is a great gift giver, needless to say, I still give him a detailed x-mas list, LOL! |

My hubby is so great at listening to me talk about something, even when I'm not intentionally giving a hint! Which is great because then I have no idea what he's gotten me until I open it. It's always a very pleasant surprise; I love each and every gift he's ever given me! And he has also, on occassion, gotten a gift that he can enjoy along with me!
Hey Missy - you seem to be so content in life - can you give me your secret? I haven't quite learned that one, but I want to! |

| My husband rarely buys me gifts. Some that he has bought were keepers and some I literally brought back to the store in tears! To me- it doesn't bother me if I get a gift or not. He is who he is and I love him for it :) |

| My hubby picks out great gifts. I gave a huge hint for this year (5th anniversary) but he does really well picking things out and surprising me! |

My husband does ok. He's not great a thinking - boy she'd really love this- and has a bit of a practical side. It's taken me almost 20 years to have him understand a gift is normally something I wouldn't buy myself but would love. Most times he defaults with a gift certificate to the spa. Who'd complain about that! ?
My first Valentine's Day gift from him was a hand made gift certificate for an oil change for my car and three wilted carnations. We've come a long way baby! |

| My husband use to buy me the most wonderful things for birthdays, anniversaries and just because. He bought me beautiful earrings when I was pregnant with our 3rd child that is his birthstone. Now the only thing I get are flowers on our anniversary which I shouldn't complain about but it would be nice to be surprised again every now and then. |

| Hubby always picks out great personal an sentimental gifts. He shows what he doesnt always say with these gifts an there dead ringers. He near never gets jewelry YAY what a good hubby! I find it impersonal, to easy a purchase, and material. I LOVE appliances as gifts though. We actually get alot of use out of them. But his gifts are sweet an mushy keepers. Last year he replaced a special present unfortunately lost to us, the engagement present he bought me years ago. In side was note of how it didnt really replace it but stood in its place for the symbol that it was. |

As a couple my husband and I prefer to 'do' things for each other rather than buy lots of gifts, not that we never buy gifts for each other though.
My husband makes me breakfast and packs lunch for me on the days I go to the office. He gives great massages and I get them all the time. He's creative and likes to draw or paint something for me on special occassions. He frequently brings home flowers on Friday and he is always there to help out with dinner (he's my sous-chef and more!). He is an amazing dad and is always doing things for and with our kids.
When he does buy me something it's very special. The last thing he purchased was a modest journey diamond necklace. I love that he never gets upset if I buy myself something (even though I don't do it that frequently).
If there was one thing I would like him to buy for me it would be lingerie :) |

| My husband outs no thought into the gifts he buys me. It's like he doesn't know me at all, either that or he just doesn't listen and pick up on the hints. |

| my hubby always buys me things he knows I want so he never goes wrong or he would ask what do I want, is not so romantic because he never wrap the gift he will presented in the store box even with the receipt inside. but he is a great husband I 'm so blessed to have him as my hubby. I love him |
