| Yeah my son was cruiser between 7- 8 month and walked the 1st week he was 9 months |

| My first son walked one week before his 1st birthday. My son who is 11months now, is starting to walk. I am not pushy, I allow them to go when they are ready. |

| My first daughter was cruising by 6 months, but she didn't start walking without holding on until right before 9 months. My second started cruising at 9 months and didn't walk until 11 months. They are all different. |

| my son 11 and 1/2 months my daughter i think will be sooner cause she is only 3 and 1/2 months and is already starting to do the crawling thing pushing herself up and she is really strong but only time will tell. |

| she was just under eight months when she took her first step holding on to the couch. at 11 month or about there she started pushing a toy/box around the house and at 12 months she took a couple on her own and is still trying, she is 12 1/2 months right now. |

| all three of mine were walking at nine months. my middle child was the earliest thought. at eight months old she just stood herself up in the middle of the floor and we knew we were in trouble then! I have two 16 months apart and i tell my sister all the time how much easier it is for her that her son didn't walk that early! i guess as with everything, it is a blessing and a curse sometimes when kids decide to do things. |

| My son started walking at 11 months. Stumbled a lot and had some bad falls. Never gave up now walks great at 1 year. |

| My first son walked independently at 8 months old. My second son is almost 4 months and he is almost rolling over and scoots around on the floor on his back for weeks now. Also when we put him on hi stomach he tries to pull his legs up like he wants to crawl. So we will see when he starts walking, he loves watching his older brother, so I am sure he will walk early too. |

| They will walk when they are ready and a little encouragement from the parents is always a help. Do not get tied up into how old everyone elses kids were when they started! |

| My first daughter started walking at almost exactly 10 months. My second daughter just turned 1 year a week ago and she will only take a couple steps without help. It won't be long though. |

| my son is 10months and he is running holding on to sofas and us and will take a few on his own but he doesn't like to fall so its not easy to get him to keep it up...but he only wants to walk so any day now |

| My daughter started crusing about 9 1/2- 10 months. And she started walking on the 4th of July. She was 11 months(8 days before her b-day). |
