I've met a lot of women who are interested in Martial Arts but don't know how to get started -- so I designed this class just for them. THE WOMEN'S MARTIAL ARTS WORKOUT is a unique blend of
military-style conditioning,
martial arts and kickboxing drills to enhance discipline and coordination, and
a focus on core strengthening and flexibility.
I'm excited to be able to bring my background in dance, yoga & Pilates together to help women discover their strength and confidence and transcend their own perceived limitations.
The class is great for women of all fitness levels, including beginners, and it's an excellent way for new moms to get back in shape and start to put some of the focus back on themselves!
No experience necessary. Come in for a free trial class!
And if you can't make it to a class, I also offer private training at my place or yours -- one-on-one, duos or create-your-own groups.
