Can your baby count? We think so!!
At the Boston College Infant and Child Cognition Lab, Dr. Sara Cordes and her research assistants are currently investigating how babies keep track of number and other quantities. We hope that you will visit our lab to help us learn about how babies think. Your help with this research is invaluable!

The study only takes 15-20 minutes and you are with your baby at all times. We will show him/her fun patterns or pictures and measure how long your baby looks at each picture. That information will help us figure out what babies know about seemingly complex things such as number and time. That’s it! Each child also receives an award, free gift, and we can also offer a small reimbursement for travel expenses. Infants and parents typically find this a fun and rewarding experience!

Suitable for: ages 6-24 months
