You be surprised what you can learn about your child by spending time with them. mealtime is definitely a good way to see what your child likes/ dislikes and how they react to their baby foods. You can give your child dinner and a show. Pretending that the spoon is an airplane or a train, etc introduces them to imagination and creativity and helps the connection and bond between the two (or three) of you.

Tori dislikes green beans....but she loves sweet potatoes!
I try to mock a more traditional meal style.
For example, for breakfast she eats cereal (rice or oatmeal) and milk.
And throughout the day, she drinks her milk.
For dinner, Tori enjoys variety of baby foods and juice.
