- 4 slices of veal cutlets or chicken
- Breadcrumbs
- 3 or 4 eggs (depending on size)
- 0.8 ounces of butter
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Mix the egg yolks and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread over the entire surface of a plate, bread crumbs.
Take the cutlets one by one and start with the dip in the egg yolk so they are all covered with this preparation.
Then cover the cutlets with bread crumbs.
Heat a pan and grease it well with half the butter.
Cook in pan for 5-6 minutes, adding remaining butter as and when cooking. Be careful that the crumbs do not burn!
After you can serve!
