-8 Slices bread with nuts, honey and raisins
-4 Slices cheese
-16 Thinly sliced red apple
-8 Thin slices cooked ham
To taste, spinach leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Spread mustard or mayonnaise and honey 4 slices of bread.
2. Place on each of these slices, cheese, apple slices, ham and spinach.
3. Cover with another slice of bread.
Variant:
Toast the bread and replace the spinach leaves withfresh herbs such as basil or mint.
Hazelnut Bread can also be replaced with a sourdough bread ormulti grain bread.
