2.5 ounces of albacore tuna crumbled
2 c. tablespoons of plain Philadelphia
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 lettuce leaf
2 c. tablespoons of grated carrots
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the tuna with Philadelphia; spread on the tortilla.
Garnish the tortilla with lettuce and grated carrots
roll
Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
