Smoothie Recipe with Lime and Walnut

INGREDIENTS
Preparation time: 1-5 minutes

1 / 2 avocado
1 / 2 small banana
3 / 4 cup cold water
1 / 3 cup walnuts (halves or crumbs)
1 / 3 cup coconut milk (low fat)
2 c. honey at the table
Juice of one lime
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender or a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until mixture is smooth, about one minute.

Chef's tip: Replace coconut milk and water with rice milk or soy
