Health banana milkshake
You can replace the light vanilla soy milk for regular milk or some other kind of soy milk to choose from
INGREDIENTS
Preparation time: 1-5 minutes
Serving: 4

2 medium bananas
5 oz soft tofu
1 2 / 3 cup light vanilla soy milk
4-5 ice cubes
Honey to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in blender and mix to obtain the desired texture

It is also possible to add other fruits to taste.
