INGREDIENTS

1 orange cut into pieces
1 banana
5 oz of skim milk
5 oz plain yogurt
1 oz of nuts
3 tbsp. Coffee Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and fluffy mixture.
2. Pour into two glasses.
