Smoothie bananas, mangoes and strawberries
Excellent healthy snack for kids after school
INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1 bread of tofu dessert banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 c. teaspoon vanilla
Orange juice or soy beverage
INSTRUCTIONS
Passer mixer all in a few minutes. Serve in glasses with a straw.
