This smoothie contains the amount of protein recommended for lunch.
INGREDIENTS

1 / 2 cup milk
1 / 2 cup orange juice (or other)
3,5 oz silken tofu (third package)
1 cup frozen fruit of your choice (mangoes, strawberries, raspberries, etc.).
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a container top and mix until smooth.
