A smoothie full of protein and fruit to perfection
INGREDIENTS

Serving: 2
3 / 4 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
1 / 2 cup frozen mango (or fresh)
1 / 2 cup low-fat tofu (silken)
1 / 2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until liquid.
