For 8 people:
• 7 oz of milk chocolate
• 2 oz butter
• 1 whole egg
• 3,5 oz of whole hazelnuts
• 6 or 7 biscuits or shortbread or sponge finger
• icing sugar for decoration
1- Break the chocolate into squares and add butter. Melt slowly in a double boiler or microwave.
2- Mix well to make the mixture homogeneous and to cool a little. Then add egg, stirring rapidly so as not to cook in the preparation.
3- Cut the biscuits into small pieces with a knife if they are biscuits, or crush with a rolling pin if they are sanded. But beware, do not make this powder. Add cookies to chocolate mixture.
4- Add the hazelnuts. Mix well to coat the cookies and nuts.
5- Put on parchment paper (baking paper) in the form of blood sausage and roll along like a sausage. Place in the fridge at least 2 hours.
6- Remove the pudding from the fridge, roll it on paper to give it a good cylindrical shape and then roll in icing sugar.
Carefully slice (hazelnuts resist a little cup) and presented on a wooden board with a knife.
Finally ... A little trick when adding an egg in preparation and he cooked and agglomerate: you must prepare and mix the cream becomes smooth. That goes for the custard for example.
