INGREDIENTS
- pie crust pastry
- 3 eggs
- 3,5 oz butter
- 5 oz caster sugar
- 2 lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 380 F°.
Roll out the pie crust pastry into pie plate.
Beat eggs and sugar.
Squeeze two lemons.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add to prepare the lemon juice and melted butter.
Bake for 25 minutes.
