Fried Green Rice Recipe
One meal that pleases the children and tastes great!
INGREDIENTS
for 4 persons
• 12 Oz of green rice
• 1 pepper
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• oregano
• salt, pepper
• Preparation: 5 minutes
• Cooking: 20 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
1- Pour the rice in a pan with twice the volume of water.
Cook 10 minutes over low heat until all water is absorbed.
2 -Meanwhile, cut into small pieces the peppers, tomatoes and onions.
Pour oil and vegetables in the pan, stir regularly for another ten minutes.
3 -Add salt, pepper, oregano and serve hot, possibly adding grated cheese at the last moment.
