A dish easily made for the whole family. Adults and kids love it.
INGREDIENTS
for 4 persons
• 4 thin slices of veal
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Parmesan cheese (optional)
• 2 eggs
• flour
• butter
• lemon
• Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1 -Prepare 3 plates :
-The one with the flour.
- A second with beaten eggs with a tablespoon of oil.
- A third with the breadcrumbs .
The real recipe is to mix a third of grated parmesan with two thirds of breadcrumbs .
It's delicious, but if you do not have parmesan, it is also very good without.
2- Flour the cutlets. Then dip in egg mixture and finally mix in bread crumbs / parmesan.
3- Put a butter / oil blend in a saucepan until frothy.
Cook cutlets 5 minutes on each side: to heat so that the slices are a nice color. Turn them gently.
Finally ... Serve with Parmesan, lemon and noodles
