Barbequed Beef
This was so yummy!
INGREDIENTS
Barbecued Beef:
3 pounds chuck roast
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Place chuck roast in crock pot. Combine
remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour
bbq sauce mixture over meat.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or
4-6 on high. Remove chuck roast and
shred meat with a fork. Place back in crock pot and stir to mix evenly with sauce.

I cooked mine on low for 7-8 hrs. Shredded it and let it cook 30 minutes more while I got the veggies ready and the girls milk poured before we ate it. I served it on the whole wheat Orowheat sandwich thins. YUM!
