1 1/2 T honey
1 1/2 T Dijon mustard
1 T balsamic vinegar (I used balsamic fig vinegar)
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 6-ounce salmon steaks
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare grill. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Brush mixture over fish. Place fish on grill. Cover and grill on each side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
